Employment: Full Time

Responsible for management and direction of the company's strategic sales growth in Kuwait. Coordinates development of sales objectives, strategies, advertising and promotional programs and ensures their execution.

* Develops and implements strategies to grow the organization's business and market share and meet assigned revenue objectives.
* Prospects aggressively and develops new customers in the oil & gas space.
* Identifies target accounts and working with management to achieve specific goals.
* Travels to call on existing and prospective customers with the purpose of sustaining and growing market share, promoting and selling company services and execute in-depth selling in all accounts.

Requirements:

* Require mandatory experience in Kuwait
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or science or Equivalent, a Master's degree is a plus.
* 12 years or more in Oil & Gas sector.
* Strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.
* Ability to manage and meet client expectations with exhibits strong customer service skills.
* Excellent communications to include oral, written, presentation, and listening skills.
* Excellent demonstrated analytical, negotiating, persuading skills and problem-solving skills required.
