This growth requires a team of highly committed CRM digital specialists. Integrating brand offers and customer incentives into a loyalty scheme to drive sales and build customer retention is a primary goal. The Role:

You will manage Alshaya's media buying across all digital platforms (web, mobile, search and social) for the Alshaya Corporate Marketing Team and the Customer Relationship Management Team. You will facilitate campaigns for multiple brands on multiple platforms including, but not limited to, websites, mobile sites, search and social media.

Specifically:

* Facilitating media-driven brand campaigns, working with networks and/or vendors to negotiate the best options, placement, highest value-add, and optimal use of media budgets.
* Buying advertising using all known pricing models (CPC, CPM, CPA, etc) employing professional tools to ensure ongoing campaigns have built-in optimization to deliver best in class effectiveness.
* Working directly with Google and other search engines (YouTube, Bing, etc) on paid search campaigns and ensure that paid search provides support for specific product launches and also works well with long-term brand building campaigns.
* Providing expert analysis and media plans to improve (internal) clients' businesses.
* Evaluating the brands' needs and prepares media plan options, analysis and recommendations based on the strategic direction provided.
* Implementing, planning and maintaining budget control.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Requirements:

* 3 years' experience managing ad campaigns in an ad agency with significant international media buying for well-known brands.
* Expert understanding of all digital platforms and their best practice utilisation for media-driven campaigns
* Excellent price negotiator
* Strong budget and planning management
* Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships
* Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary.
