Customer Service Manager
DLA Troop Support Subsistence Directorate provides full line food distribution service in the IJKS countries. DLA are proud to support the warfighter and federal partners with quality, nutritious foods to meet a variety of demands.
- Responsible for fulfillment of all sales orders (regular and supplemental orders) from customers in IJKS
- Supervising / managing team of customer service representatives assigned to each customer location
- Manage customer relationship on appropriate level
- Responsible to ensure high performance customer standards are achieved and maintained Maintain communication with customers and immediately report any issues or concerns to Program Leads.
- Obtain customer future demand signals and properly analyse and route information to demand planning and forecast team for inventory replenishment
- Work efficiently in a mobile role while remaining on task. Ability to visit US military customers and ordering units across IJK region.
- Interact with high level military and government employees in highly visible role
REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE
- Ex Army/Navy Supply Officer or DFAC Manager in AOR
- Certified Customer Service Representative
- Active Sec. Clearance
- Preferred Ex J4 - supply officer in AOR
