JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse is working with a renowned 5-star hotel, who is looking to hire an EAM F&B to oversee F&B operations across the property as well as support the General Manager across other areas as the 2IC.
You will be tasked with further developing the hotels Food & Beverage offering, refreshing concepts and menus, launching new concepts and working closely with the Executive Chef to successfully balance pricing and cost control.
You will be responsible for hitting the ground running, further inspiring and training your team of approx. 120. This EAM F&B will implement great changes to the property, making it the go to F&B destination, overseeing the F&B goals, budgets and forecasts from development to execution and achievement.
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role, the candidate should have a strong F&B operations background, perhaps working as Director F&B and ready to take the next step. 5-star hotel experience is essential for this role, Middle East experience is of added value.
The ideal candidate will also have had exposure to working in Europe, UK, USA, Australia or New Zealand. Competitive salary with international benefits will be offered for strong candidates.
