JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client are a well known specialist contractor with an established presence in Hong Kong and abroad currently working with high end retail clients.
They are looking to hire a project manager with strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to lead their facade projects in Kuwait, this is a chance to work with luxury brands and travel for work.
Key Duties:
- Plan, manage and control entire facade project
- Take ownership of entire project lifecycle
- Hold regular team meetings to ensure smooth running of projects within a tight timeframe
- Determine and manage risks that may affect project progress
- Manage project teams as well as relationships with various stakeholders
- Manage project budget
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in relevant discipline
- Minimum 8 years experience in overseeing projects (interiors and retail)
- Must have experience working on retail projects
- Facade experience is preferable, if not a solid on site project delivery background may be considered
