JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a highly profitable and large manufacturing business in Kuwait, has created a new role within their Leadership team for a Finance Manager.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility for cash flow and projections based on rolling forecasts.
- Control of the budget and allocation of expenses, reporting and variance analysis
- Driving the AR function by issuing timely and accurate statements including reconciliation.
- Management reporting and the preparation of annual budgets and year-end audits
- Taking a lead role in team management meetings and in projects and processes

REQUIREMENTS

- A fully qualified accountant
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position
- Be a first class negotiator, with the ability to deal efficiently with many external stakeholders
- Have strong analytical skills and business-oriented in their thinking.
- Have excellent communication skills
