Position Title: Guest Relation Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 600 KWD depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation for 3 months, joining ticket and tips

About the Client:
A group of stand-alone restaurants serving international cuisine, based in Kuwait
Job Description:
- Assisting customers whenever necessary, address guests’ requests and complaints, and provide overall upscale guest service experiences for customers
- Collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth execution of events
- Analysing customer feedback from restaurant guestbook and online reviews and suggest ways to
improve ratings
- Recording the loyal customer data
- Other tasks as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Open to European and Arabic nationals
- Female, 22 to 37 years old
- At least 3 years’ experience in related role
- Hotel restaurants experience is an advantage
- Open to GCC hiring
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
