As a Head Chef you will be responsible for the entire restaurant kitchen operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Responsible for all food production ensuring all orders from kitchen are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes, assists the Executive in developing menus, food purchase specifications and recipes. Supervise the entire Kitchen crew and monitors food and labor budget for the department. Maintains highest food quality and sanitation standards consistently
