JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

My client is one the largest retail companies in the Middle East and has impressive head quarters in Kuwait. They are looking for impressive individuals to join the business as a HR Business Partner. Due to growth of the company, there are several roles available.

The Role
Working in alignment with the HR vision/mission statement, the HRBP will liaise closely with key stakeholders and act as a tactical HR Business Partner to support the Division/Market to successfully achieve its business plan and overall strategy through the effective development, implementation and management of best practice HR activities. As the main HR interface with key stakeholders the HRBP will act as an ambassador for the HR function as a whole and demonstrate key HR behaviours and values.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate:

Minimum of 5-10 years of HR management/business partner experience - essential
Retail/F&B sector experience - highly desirable
Excellent communication skills - essential
Confident and professional approach - essential
Must have experience within the GCC or English speaking countries - essential

Salary
KWD 2000 - 2500
