Employment: Full Time

Job Description:
• Manage overall HR services, policies, and programs for the company.
• Develop and implement HR and Administration systems, programs, policies, and procedures.
• Create HR business plan with measurable objectives and budget.
• Staff HR department to meet organizational needs.
• Implement talent management strategy including recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning

REQUIREMENTS

Position Title: Regional Director of HR
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.5K KWD all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus air ticket, bonus, medical, and accommodation
Job Location: Kuwait

About the Client:
A well-known restaurant group of unique concepts across Middle East.

Qualifications:
• Open to American, Kuwaiti, British, and Eastern European nationals
• 40 years old and below
• At least 7 years of progressive position in human resources
• Preferably from F&B industry who have handled large workforce population.
• Master’s Degree in Business or HR Management or related field
• CIPD/SPHR preferred
• Strong knowledge of labor law
