JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
* Date Entry and Data Auditing on HR System
* Filing and Indexing
* Giving employee numbers.
* Registering their finger prints.
* Support in Opening Employees bank accounts.
* Employees Files controlling (In & out) with PRO’s.
* Following up on new visas and new joining.
* Responsible for New employees coming from outside and complete all process done till the finger prints registered.
* Following up on residencies transfers coming to our company.
* Support in Calling candidates for interview and fixing appointment to meet HR managers and GM’s.
* Working with PRO on regular residencies, cancellation, transfers, extensions etc.
* Coordinating with all locations stores, showrooms and admin offices.
* Following up on employees grievances like salary deduction, attendance adjustment, bank loans, leave settlement, final settlements, residency transfers etc….
* Following up on attendance report from all locations.
* Arranging finger prints and medical checkup at ministry for new employee who came outside Kuwait.
* Following up on Work Injuries
* Preparing reports to the HR managers.
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 1 years Experience in the same field of HR and Personnel.
* BA, HR or any Related Educational Field.
* Professional in using computer and MS office.
* Very good communication skills in Arabic and English.
* Very good in Email Communications and writing letters.
