JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our Client; a leading International service provider in the Oil and Gas Industry is looking for a Lead Contracts Administrator with at least 5 years of experience.
Key duties:
- Provide support to the Head of Contracts and Risk Administration.
- Tender specified scopes of work for subcontracting.
- Evaluate and recommend for award subcontract scopes.
- Commercial administration of subcontracts.
- Facilitate day-to-day operations of subcontract management.
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of five years work experience in a similar role within a project environment.
- Related experience / education in Procurement, Commerce, Engineering, Economics, Law or other related field.
- Understanding of project management fundamentals.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a project environment with sound commercial acumen and a good understanding of contract administration processes and practices.
- Providing efficient Subcontracts Management support in the creation, editing, version control, collation, distribution and hard / soft copy management of new contracts pre- and post-execution in consultation with key stakeholders.
Project Location: Kuwait
Contract: 3 years
Salary: $6500 - $8500 per month (Tax Free) plus Accommodation, transport, etc
Start Date: ASAP
