JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- An amazing opportunity has become available for a talented and enthusiastic Learning and Development Manager to join our dynamic team on the ongoing journey of ibis hotels in Kuwait.

What you will be doing:
- To plan, control, coordinate and conduct Accor's core trainings for new employees.
- To assist in identification of training needs.
- Ensure that training develops skills, enhances productivity and quality of work.
- To design, develop, plan, administrate and implement an effective and systematic training activities and programs for all levels or staff, resulting in a highly motivated, flexible and multi skilled workforce.
- To evaluate and recommend external programmes, and disseminate information on self-development options and programmes.
- To prepare training plans and monthly forecasts.
- To prepare, monitor and supervise utilization of training budgets.
- To prepare training reports, processing of invoices and tracking of expenses.
- To schedule internal training activities and facilities.
- To implement and monitor management trainee programmes.
- To administer training bonds of employees and Hotel-sponsored trainees.
- To coordinate, recruit other local hotel training institutions.
- To administer and maintain documentation and records for all training related activities.
- To participate & lead in the employee committee.
- To comply with Hotel and Departmental policies and procedures at all times.
- To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management of the Hotel.
- To be concentrate on team members needs & yearly CES actions

REQUIREMENTS

What Your experience and skills and include:

- Outgoing, creative and eager to share the desire to deliver Accor values and heartist DNA culture.
- Experience in conducting of training/ facilitation.
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
- Computer literate in Windows environment.
