Organisation Development Manager - Retail - Kuwait

My client is a international retail company who works with some of the World's greatest brands. My client is looking for a Talent Manager to join a team based in Kuwait.
This is an excellent role to promote and develop talent in the company. You will be responsible for conducting talent reviews across the business and putting together workshops and training courses for these employees. This is an excellent role to work with high performers in the business and have a direct impact on these individuals.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following:

Minimum 8 years HR experience with atleast 5 years within a Talent/Training/OD specific role
Worked in a large organisation, ideally within retail
Educated to degree level, ideally with a professional qualification within HR
GCC candidates and Expats will be considered for this role
