JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Correspond with vendor/supplier contacts regarding request for quotes and purchases from internal customers.
- Evaluate vendor quotes and services to determine if they are compatible with company objectives.
- Prepare, review and track purchase orders, price changes and system updates.
- Monitors quality of goods by reviewing costs, schedules, timeliness of delivery and conformance to specifications.
- Assist in generating purchase request form(s) and obtaining appropriate cost centers and authorizations.
- Negotiates with vendors to obtain quotations, prices and delivery times.
- Conducts weekly inventory reports.
- Coordinate with related departments for any new requisitions/purchases and inform the procurement manager/department.
- Conduct all other duties required in the similar field/requested by line manager

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelors degree in the similar field/Higher Secondary
- Minimum of one year of experience in a procurement coordinators role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good coordinating skills, communicating with precise details/information.
- Previous procurement/logistics experience a plus
