Project Information Manager

Purpose
Accountable for leading the provision of all aspects (Strategy, designing, planning, and implementing) relating to the application of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and document control systems throughout SSH, to advance the design and business processes.

Responsibilities
- Provides an efficient and cost effective document control system that runs at a high level of performance in handling consistent exchanges and delivery of quality data / designs / information which can be distributed between all relevant levels (including 3rd parties).
- Develop, evolve, and implement a Project Information Management System (PIMS), based on the PIM Standards (Local and Global) and compliant with ISO 9001:2008
- Communicate across company divisions, and other SSH regional offices, to coordinate and implement work plan and to discuss and resolve matters.
- Promotes wide-scale adoption on implemented systems, monitors employees uptake and provides training as required, coordinating with relevant disciplines, departments, divisions, and locations.
- Anticipates challenges and project risks when assessing future changes/ implementations to SSH systems, and recommends necessary mitigating measures.
- Mobilize firms BIM systems, and document control system standards and templates across all SSH projects,
- Demonstrates ability to input on policies, standards, or procedures for the improvement of future QA & IMS documentation in relation to the use of firm-wide BIM and document control systems.
- Preparing any required presentations and/or reports for regular reporting to the PMCS Team and/or Senior Community Levels

Context
Reports to Project Management Control Systems Director
Will work across all divisions and regions: Construction Services, Building Design, Infrastructure Design, Business Controls, and Corporate Support.
