JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The Role:

Upon completing the company's Manager In-Training Program, the Senior Managers for The Cheesecake Factory take turns in accomplishing three distinct roles in running the operation for the company; providing leadership for excellent customer service, directing the culinary department of the restaurant, and achieving the sales objectives of the company. Senior Managers also direct operational excellence, hire and train quality employees, and achieve the overall objectives of the restaurant in building sales and providing the highest quality of customer service in the industry. You will need to master all the key aspects of operating the business, which will also comprise part of your career development

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Requirements:

You will have:

- A university degree in an appropriate field, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years' retail experience as general manager of a fast-paced restaurant
- Financial skills, P&L and inventory management experience
- Computer literacy
- Excellent English skills (both written and spoken)
