JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Main Responsibilities:
• Researches and analyzes recruitment opportunities and resources
• Providing a recruitment plan for areas of responsibility
• Providing interview with candidates by phone and face to face in accordance with company policy
• Effectively screens applicants, selects best qualified and presents to hiring manager a short list
• Provide effective advertising strategies in accordance with guidelines set by the recruitment
• Manage contracts with recruitment agencies (cost control, invoices, meetings and etc.)
• Collaborates with hiring managers in advance of open positions to understand staffing needs and develop effective, ongoing recruitment strategies
• Effective communicate and coordinate interview with line manager and participate recruiter on technical interview
• Planning Recruitment activities for the month based on staffing requests
• Preparing biweekly and monthly recruitment report to HR & Admin Manager
Reporting to: HR & Admin Manager
Subordinates: Recruitment Officer/ Coordinator
Other interactions: Department Heads and recruitment agencies
Number required: 1
Duration: Permanent
Desired start date: August 2014
Probation: 100 days
Working hours: Sunday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Travel requirements: Occasional Travel

REQUIREMENTS
Education: BA in Business Administration / or Human Resources
English & Arabic: Fluent
Experience: more than 5 years experience in recruitment
Ability to work under pressure
Motivated
Good communication skills
