Showroom Manager / Sales Manager - Automotive

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Independently handle sales and all operational responsibilities for Company’s Japanese Brand sales department in order to achieve targeted levels of sales and customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales efforts of showroom salesforce in order to achieve showroom targets
• Cultivate professional relationships with customers in order to retain them
• Coordinate with personnel from Trade In department, Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI), Inventory Control, Company’s Clearing and Customs for timely release of vehicles to showrooms
• Comply with Quality Standards and Health & Safety procedures affecting self and others
• Perform routine activities in accordance with agreed deadlines and standards and discharge any other task assigned by superiors in a timely and effective manner
• Assist colleagues and foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration
• Identify training needs and review performance of subordinates on targets assigned; provide feedback and help them develop their skills; provide inputs on individual salesman performance to senior management and make recommendations for increments and promotions, if merited

REQUIREMENTS

• Familiar with Automotive Sales Department Activities
• Minimum 12 Years of experience, preferably in Japanese Automotive Brands
• Holding Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business Management or Retail Management
• Must have good computer skills
• Bilingual (Arabic & English)
• Good in Sales-force Management Skills
