Social Media Officers x2 – Kuwait
ROLE:
To attract and interact with targeted Communities and Social Networks Users, in order to achieve superior Customer engagement and intimacy via all Social Media Channels for the Bank.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handle Social Media activities and tasks across existing and new accounts; and communicate compelling Content that is consistent with Banks Brand, and in accordance with each Social Media Channel's Engagement Plan.
• Responsible for Publishing and updating Social Media Contents through multiple Social Media Channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Blogs, and YouTube within the set timeline.
• Manage Communities, moderate Discussions, answer Comments and Questions, in accordance with each Social Media Channel's Engagement Plan when required.
• Escalate Issues/Feedback to Account Management Team, follow up on Issues and maintain high Community Standards.
• Suggest new ways and plan to constantly increase and maintain number of Followers over Social Media Networks and Engagement levels.
• Assist in conducting Research and Analysis of new Social Media Trends, Sites, Tools, News/Media Coverage, Presence and Key Bloggers and other Influencers
• Perform a variety of Tasks within the general scope of the job and others that may be assigned by the Management.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations.
• Up to 4 years of experience in the same field.
• Good Communication and Relationship building skills
• Good Business Writing and Etiquette
• Ability to deliver Innovative Media Presentations
• Multitasker and Customer focused
• Kuwaiti Nationals Only. Male or Female.
