Job Purpose

To lead the front of house staff to successfully uphold the core values of ATI and the brand. Consistently presenting and promoting brand integrity, product quality and customer service standards through delegation and leading by example.

Functional Roles and Responsibilities

• Work directly with the manager on duty to support, direct and motivate staff.
• Maintain open lines of communication with management and staff in order to contribute to the smooth flow of information and efficient operation of the bakery.
• Assist management with scheduling of breaks and meal periods; support management with the adherence to policies, procedures and job assignments. Train staff on company processes, policies, procedures and job assignments.
• Perform regular daily store activities such as opening and closing procedures.
• Provide good customer service by assisting customers in person or on the phone. Answer product and order inquiries.
• Demonstrate teamwork within the bakery by leading by example and working side by side promoting the ideals of teamwork.
• Ensure each customer receives exceptional customer service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components
