JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for handling attendance, payroll, compensation and benefits of employees, and other administrative duties at the Human Resources.

Responsibilities
- Handling and checking the Monthly Payroll and ensure that the supporting documents are accurate and complete.
- Encoding, maintaining, updating and improving the use of the HR system HITS
- Handling vacation settlements, overtime and attendance
- Handling change of statuses
- Handling final settlements and clearances
- Processing leaver information in HITS and shared document
- Make sure that all HITS Reports are properly generated, saved and print
- Ensures that all official reports are sent on time.
- Maintains an up to date computerized database of all employees.
- Assists in the preparation of monthly Human Resources report.
- Assists Staff Welfare Committee in planning, organizing and implementing staff sports, social and welfare activities.
- Assists in maintaining personnel files for all employees in methodical and confidential manner.
- Maintains files and other information under strict confidentiality.
- Follows up with PRO's on legal documents such as work permits, Civil IDs, and all related legal issues.
- Prepares legal documents for employees as requested.
- Performs related duties and special projects.
- Calculating and handling all leaves, sick leaves, PH etc...
- Dealing with Payroll queries and enquires
- Make sure that all HITS Reports are properly generated, saved and print.
- General administration and coordination.
- Assist with creating and distribution of internal memos and other internal communications to employees
- Conduct exit interview and prepare final termination paperwork for departing staff members.

REQUIREMENTS

Your experience and skills include:
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in the same field in 5 Star Hotels.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong administration skills
- Good command of English and one other language used by majority of staff.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
