JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our company, an insurance broker with an office in Kuwait, is looking for a Technical Administrator / Junior Underwriter to join an expanding team. We are looking for candidates with a background in insurance to join the team immediately.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
1. Preparing quotation requests to be sent to Insurance companies
2. Follow up and negotiate with insurance companies regarding policies terms, conditions, rates, etc.
3. Comparison of quotations received from insurance companies
4. Negotiating with clients.
5. Reviewing policies before sending to clients.
6. Follow up renewals.
7. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly sales report.
8. Data entry of productions in the system.
9. Basic administration tasks
10. Other duties assigned by Branch Manager
REQUIREMENTS
Fluency in English and Arabic is essential for this role (read and write)
Previous experience in an Insurance company / brokerage is required
Experienced with all types of Insurance policies
Ability to work under pressure
Good communication and organizational skills is a must for this role
