Agriculture Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Summary:
An Agriculture Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, and managing the pest control company processes to ensure efficient and sustainable service. They may work on various projects, from small to large commercial operations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to identify the most effective methods and technologies for improving pest control service
- Develop and implement plans for treatments and training.
- Provide technical advice on pest management, and other agricultural issues
- Monitor and analyze the day-to-day operation.
- Collaborate with the team, technicians and other professionals to develop and implement sustainable pest free practices
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and safety standards
- Keep up-to-date with advancements pesticide technology and practices
- Prepare reports, budgets, and proposals for projects
- Train and supervise workers on proper techniques and equipment operation

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Engineering and public health-related field
- Proven experience in agricultural management and public health, preferably in a leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of pest control, technology, and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer programs and software used in planning and management.
