JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Company
A leading multi discipline architectural planning and design firm within the Middle East that provides high quality architecture and engineering services, boasting a diverse portfolio of institutional, commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality and urban design projects.
They are currently looking for a Business Development to be based in Beirut, Lebanon.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the architecture, engineering, and design sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand client’s presence in the market.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Lead and manage the proposal process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with project delivery.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote client’s services and brand.
• Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and progress towards targets.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred).• 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, ideally within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and foster long-term partnerships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of the Middle Eastern market and business culture is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
