JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking an experienced HR and Admin Manager to lead our human resources and administrative functions in Lebanon. This role is crucial for fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that our HR practices align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR policies, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to promoting employee engagement and organizational culture. As the HR and Admin Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our workforce and supporting our employees throughout their journey with the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Oversee employee performance management, including the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages employee participation and collaboration.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are understood and followed by all employees.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Coordinate and oversee administrative functions, including office management, facility maintenance, and vendor management.
- Prepare and present regular HR reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and organize company events to enhance team cohesion and morale.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with HR software and tools, and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret HR metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- A passion for employee engagement and development, with a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
