JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Prepares routine proposals related to the Marketing Campaigns.
- Launches e-marketing/new media projects with proper phasing of the online marketing/media process: strategy, planning/buying, trafficking, optimization and measurement analysis and ROI
- Conducts on-going search for new and favorable online customer/stakeholder acquisition opportunities
- Evaluates, builds and maintains relationships in the local/national online marketing, media and vendor community.
- Stays up-to-date on and advises the company on the latest trends in interactive marketing/media, new trends or special opportunities.
- Briefs creative online agencies to deliver programs of work in a timely manner within budget maximizing revenue targets.
- Collaborates with ICT on websites, traffic analysis and technology enabled marketing campaigns.
- Helps & supports in positioning the company in the market, & support the sales team efforts by setting & implementing annual business objectives that match the market status.
- Develops the annual Marketing, PR & Events Plan and associated budget.
- Develops key marketing materials (newsletter, brochure, flyers, etc..) and messages & draft Press Releases in coordination with the PR agencies.
- Drafts speeches, Presentations, & preparation for Press exposure.
- Works on participation & sponsorships contracts for the conference, & monitors the execution of the company's stand & assists in all operational assignments in order to guarantee the best results out of any event.
- Works closely with branches, divisions, departments and sales team to assure all the different requirements are perfected.
- Reviews all marketing contracts, works on budgets as well as develops/controls all outdoor & printed media for the company.
- Develops, updates and maintains the company's corporate website
- Maintains and develops relationships with existing and potential suppliers.

REQUIREMENTS

- Master’s Degree in Marketing, or a minimum a Bachelor degree in Marketing with one or two years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to write and design marketing proposals, brochures, flyers and any marketing materials.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
