JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Ensure the quality and availability of products information, through the management of processes, in compliance with the Group policy and the external standards.
Key Job Accountabilities
• Manages the local/international product database by ensuring the availability and reliability of products information (completeness and deadlines respect).
• Updates products information during their whole lifecycle long, by following the evolution of internal and external codification norms. Ensure their implementation.
• Trains the stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Packaging...) to the external norms and to the group best practices related to products information.
• Ensures that products information is published both internally (Business Unit, Division) and externally (clients).
• Analyzes the codification activity through dashboards and key indicators. Alerts concerned actors in case of errors or anomalies seen in the database and propose actions for improvement.
• Contributes to the improvement of the Business Units processes.
• Participates to transversal Supply Chain projects (ex: reorganization projects etc.) according to the subsidiaries/MSL/BSC's needs.
• According to the organization, recruits, develops, and manages his/her team while ensuring transfer of knowledge.
• Manage and create the Local supplier’s code in the system.
