JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Achieves after-sales service with the same spirit as in the sale, following company standards in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty in order to promote the brand image.
- Contributes to general store activities, thus ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and alignment to the style and qualitative standards of the brand throughout the sales and after-sales process; Takes full advantage of all contacts with customers in the store and promotes both the brand and the product.
- Participates in the inventory and knows the warehouse's stock count of the assigned products thus maximizing sales.
- Reorganizes the products at hand displayed and ensures that they are displayed properly in his/her department.
- Welcoming and recognizing regular customers, understanding customer's needs, presenting and adding value to the product range, while demonstrating, recommending and contextualizing the products available.
- Checking customer requirements while the product is being tried and responding to any further requests, in addition to promoting complementary, additional or differential sales.
- Guarantees the constant tidiness and cleanness of the store, follows-up on orders taken, and deals with complaints, with the support of a manager, if necessary.
- Stays up-to-date on all the product range in the store, with in-depth knowledge of all the products in the assigned product range.
- Understand KPI's value in order to close the sale in a positive way.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications
- High School Degree or Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Fluency in English. Arabic is a plus
- Proficiency in MS office
- Planning and Organizing: level 2
