JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team in the distribution of disinfection and cleaning products in Lebanon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the cleaning and sanitation industry. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and representing our brand in a professional manner. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach and helping customers find the right solutions to meet their cleaning needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our disinfection and cleaning products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies that resonate with the target audience.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in industry trade shows and events to network and promote our products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the distribution of cleaning or disinfection products.- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Fluency in Arabic and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
