JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The Senior IT Business Analysis Specialist is responsible for producing the outline designs of new IT systems for others to develop and build. He/she is involved in monitoring medium to large projects implementation.
Key Accountabilities
• Assess available solutions for technical and business suitability
• Analyse project feasibility with business development team, decide on the feasibility of projects, and prepare a technical report accordingly
• Coordinate project meetings and record project requirement
• Develop specific proposals for modified or replacement systems and take corrective measures in order to keep a stable environment
• Specify the data, files, and logical operations that will be performed by the system, as well as the final data layout
• Coordinate with developers and end users in order to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
• Test new systems and provide training to users on them
• Coordinate with Brand suppliers in order to prepare e-files exchange with the department for specific projects
• Assign specific help desk cases to the IT Business Analysis Specialist and ensure proper completion of tasks
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 4 years of experience in a related field
• Fluency in English
• Strong knowledge of the Business field (ERP Systems)
• Advanced experience in SQL server , Access , SQL scripts coding …
• Proficiency in MS office
