JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• To develop the spend strategy, in line with business and product requirements, resulting in an actionable Long Range Plan for assigned category spend.
• To define and manage key vendor relationships, service and quality, commercial agreements in line with compliancy and code of conduct requirements of Ecolog-International for internal and external customers.
• To develop and implement suitable procurement contingency plans for vendors and products.
To meet defined objectives in the following areas:
• Product Compliancy
• Cost Saving Objectives and Cost Transparency
• Data Accuracy
• Vendor Performance
• Contract Coverage
• Acting as the key PoC on all matters related to the spend category, resulting in the desired level of professionalism and service delivery.
Salary:
USD
6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Supply Chain Management/Food or similar field with minimum 5 years’ experience;
• Demonstrates experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals;
• Excellent Negotiation/Analytical/Interpersonal Skills;
• Excellent English Language Skills;
• Familiar with working in an integrated and multi-cultural environment;
• Ability to use information and communication technology in a proficient manner including but not limited to standard MS Office applications, and ERP systems;
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected; Proven experience of leading procurement in a complex environment with a high level of uncertainty;
