Leader to support the definition and development of hardware architectures that align with project requirements.
• Assist in creating system block diagrams, power budgets, and thermal heat load to guide design decisions.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical proposals, including BOMs and feasibility evaluations.

2. Hardware Design and Development:
• Perform schematic entry using tools like Cadence Design Entry HDL or System Capture.
• Conduct schematic and PCB layout reviews to ensure compliance with SI/PI principles and design standards.
• Select and qualify alternative components for compatibility, cost-effectiveness, and benchmarking.
• Generate detailed design deliverables, including BOMs, hardware specifications, CPLD/FPGA pin assignments, and test cases.
• Collaborate with software teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware with firmware and drivers.

3. Validation and Debugging:
• Perform hardware bring-up, electrical validation, and prototype debugging to resolve system-level issues.
• Collaborate with test, manufacturing, and software teams to identify and address root causes of failures during NPI and field deployment.

4. Mentorship and Collaboration:
• Guide junior engineers, sharing expertise in hardware design and validation best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., SI/PI, DC-DC, thermal, EMC) to ensure seamless integration and system compliance.
