JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Key responsibilities include managing the performance of each team member, restoring, scheduling, and ensuring resorts (clients) customer satisfaction at all time. Must be capable of operating independently, training and drilling the team, to ensure compliance with safety standards at all time. Must be analytical and process-oriented and capable of using systems to effectively manage day-to-day operations. Candidates with operational experience in other marine sectors may also be considered. Desired qualifications not essential, preferred qualification NEBOSH.
REQUIREMENTS
Seeking experienced and professional Marine Operations Manager with international or national ferry experience for a growing company in the Maldives.The successful candidate will have the operational and practical experience of managing a team of captains and crew as well as a fleet of the internationally classed vessel.
