Position Title: Guest Care Host
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up 1,265 EUR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Malta, next to Italy Europe
About the Client:
A luxury group of 5 Star Hotels, based in Malta Europe, beside Italy, renowned as a summer destination for tourists because of its serene ambiance, premium customer service, and elegant amenities
Job Role:
• Oversee the tidying and cleaning the changing rooms, pool and common areas every day, in line with applicable standards and procedures and the rules of safety and hygiene.
• Answering visitors' enquiries about the hotel amenities, recommendations, its products or services
• Directing visitors to their destinations within the resort
• Sorting and handing out mail, incoming calls, etc
• Take reservations, perform guest check-in and check-out, answer questions about hotel amenities, and create and track keys to guest rooms.
• Implement operational policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
• Open to Filipino, Indian, Nepali nationals
• Male/Female, 40 y/o and below
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role in a similar industry
• UAE residency visa valid for the past 8 months continuously from 1 employer
• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months
• No planned vacation in the next 6 months
