Company: A leading pharma retail company.

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT department, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our Microsoft Dynamics solutions, as well as driving digital transformation projects. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to manage various facets of IT, ensuring the overall stability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft Dynamics Expertise:
- Lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics solutions to meet the organization's needs.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training for Microsoft Dynamics users.
- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics features and recommend enhancements to maximize system capabilities.

Digital Transformation Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance overall business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies.

IT Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the stability and security of the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead disaster recovery planning and ensure the integrity of data backups.

Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Provide guidance on technical issues, ensuring the team is well-equipped to support Microsoft Dynamics and digital transformation initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify opportunities for professional development.

Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to optimize cost and value.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.

Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the IT department budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
- Monitor expenses and provide regular reports to senior management.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Manager with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics, digital transformation, and overall IT management.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and best practices.
- Strong project management skills with a successful track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., MB-XXXX) preferred.
- 5 years of relevant experience in IT management.
