General Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

A leading Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a General Manager for their Morocco office.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to align with the company's goals.
- Lead the company in growth and expansion initiatives, identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage and oversee all the company's business operations.
- Drive the company's financial performance by managing budgets, cost controls, and profitability.

Requirements:
- Open to Candidates willing to relocate to Morocco.
- Bachelor's Degree. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience within the Pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a multinational company.
- Must have experience in P&L.
- People management experience.
- Solid understanding of budgeting and financial planning.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
