JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Responsible of the Subsidies government files and submission of all forms linked to the logistics dept. with alignment with Finance dept. to complete submission of files to Ministry on time
• Ensure all relevant documentation is received and checked vs agreed initial orders (items price incoterms qty)
• Segregate and distribute documentation to relevant departments
• Request necessary cash required for Moroccan Customs and port charges, request approval on the extra payment if any and document the cycle with alignment with Finance dept.
• Coordinate the collection of the delivery order from various shipping agencies
• Coordinate customs clearance as per arrival
• Ensure correct documentation is given to the transport company
• Coordinate with Del Monte’s transport and drivers until containers are received
• Ensure any necessary health checks have been completed
• Ensure all relevant Government checks and approvals have been received
• Follow up in case of weight discrepancies between original Docs & actual arrival at port and raise approval for any penalty fees
• For the export lock the orders with supplier, align on departure date and finalize space booking with respective agent / NWS to dispatch orders on time
• For export negotiate the rates with approved agent and lock air space based on the demand to secure that orders are dispatched on time
• For export work on inland transport for pickup and delivery to port/airport
• Send export invoicing request to finance for processing and share with local agent to finalize respective documentation for air /sea shipments
• Re- group all claims shared with customers for alignment with the suppliers
• Submission of the weekly tracking & loading sheet
• Tracking of claims template file with Regional office

REQUIREMENTS

• English language (spoken written)
• Knowledge of Moroccan laws (Customs and Indirect Tax law)
• Knowledge of Moroccan logistic requirements
• Flexibility in working days / hours based on business need and countries time zone
• Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication
• Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Maintain organization and time management skills
