PROJECT DIRECTOR
Salary €150-170,000 Tax Free + All Expat Benefits Listed
Bilingual Project Director is sought for a Major Project in a remote & challenging location of Morocco

Project Director with a clear track record of Heavy Civil Engineering Major Projects such as Bridges, Tunnels, Airports, Highways & Energy Projects?
Have you worked for European Main Contractors that NSR Associates know?

We need this business leader to have delivered Major Projects so they get the full support & respect of the client , project managers and team.

This person will report into the Board and have direct responsibility for a team of 60-85 Permanent Staff handling a €205 Million Project. The challenging aspects within the project come from the volume of concrete, design interfaces and remote location.

You will have full Profit & Loss experience on a project. Capable to client face, manage external consultants and designers whilst driving your team to the finish line. This role needs a collaborative approach and soft skills to win over and influence stakeholders.

Salary:
EUR 150,000 to 170,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

• 15-20 Years Post Graduate Experience
• Degree Civil Engineering
• Fluent in English & French
• Clear record of Major Civil Engineering Projects
• Strong communication skills
• Clear experience at this level for a Tier 1 International Contractor
• Prior Africa Experience Desired
• Commercially aware with extensive FIDIC experience
• Candidates must have a clear track record at the level we are after for reputable Tier 1’s.
• French speaking is essential as is English.
