Responsibilities
• Oversee all stages of project life cycle
• Initiate, plan, control and close all activities associated with project
• Define the necessary resources for the project execution of.
• Organize project team and ensure team members have clearly identified roles and responsibilities
• Manage project budget
• Identify and secure necessary approvals for all changes in project scope, budget and/or schedule
• Define and implement risk management plans
• Document and report project progress efficiently and consistently
• Lead & Coach project team
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in construction or relevant industries
• Strong project management skills & communication skills
• Time Management, multitasking, and prioritization are crucial
• Bilingual French and English speaker
