To lead the mechanical and electrical aspects of this project, they are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality results.

As the Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager for this hotel refurbishment project in Rotterdam, you will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical and electrical systems throughout the project. Collaborating closely with the construction team and subcontractors, you will ensure the seamless integration of MEP systems into the overall project, meeting the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical and electrical systems installation for the hotel refurbishment project.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop detailed MEP designs and specifications.
• Manage procurement of MEP materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project budget.
• Supervise onsite installation activities, ensuring compliance with design drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with other project stakeholders to resolve any MEP-related issues or conflicts.
• Monitor and track MEP project progress, providing regular updates to the project team.
• Conduct quality inspections and testing of MEP systems to ensure functionality and performance.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.

Salary:
EUR 80,000 to 100,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
