JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

As the Administration & Finance Manager your primary focus will be to manage the administration work including the finance function. You will report to the senior management team and your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day administration function as well as implementing new processes, procedures and systems for the business. In addition, you will set up budgets and cost centres, conducting detailed analysis and reporting to support senior management with critical decision making.

REQUIREMENTS

Soft Skills and Personality traits: Good communicator and people oriented person.
University Qualifications: Degree in Finance or Business Administration.
Other certifications obtained: Certification in Human Resource.
Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 5 years of accounting and operations experience, preferably in a construction environment, with project accounting experience and administration.
Specialist knowledge: Well versed in MS Office and familiar with Oman tax and Finance regulation.
Nationality Preference: Omani
Language Fluency: English and Arabic
Current Location: Anywhere
Age Range: 25 to 45
