JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The purpose of this position is to lead and develop the Upper Trade and Lower Trade in Oman market, to deliver the agreed growth targets by maximizing the business opportunities. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, improving visibility and availability, building strong relationship with the customers throughout Oman, and developing a strong motivated sales team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate/Post Graduated Major in Sales & Marketing
- with GCC rural experience and preferably handling direct field team not distributors
- Valid GCC Driving license
- 10 + years’ experience in FMCG industry with 5 years’ experience in managerial role.
