JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Description

The Account Manager is responsible for the growth of the Client segments managed within the relevant Account management portfolios. The extent of your duties will include:

- Development cross selling and upsell of current clients
- Reactivation of clients
- Improvement of revenue and shipments for the assigned portfolio
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Selling value through the full range of Fetchr services
- Building sustainable partnership with existing clients
- Ensuring clients are charged the correct price for the service provided

Key Accountabilities and skills required:

Sales Accountabilities

- Working on a territory to win, develop and retain clients, through regular face to face and telephone contact
- Plans sales visits /calls to existing clients e.g. contact person, potential, trading history, etc. using the Pipe drive and Sales Daily Dash board and other available relevant information
- Identifies / Develops the potential scope of clients and offers proposal in line with the Fetchr policy to win the business
- Supports marketing campaigns by visiting/ calling target clients
- Presents the most valuable solution for every client
- Analysis appropriate technical service requirement for clients

Sales Skills required

- To perform all sales administration activities essential to develop revenue and improve clients satisfaction and maximise the selling time
- Effectively manages his/her agenda for the day
- Completes and updates client information and documentation as required by the business
- Accurately updates the Pipedrive following each client interaction
- At least 1 year experience in a direct sales or Account management role with proven sales results
- Excellent Excel skills
- Excellent skills in data analysis
- Expertise in power point
- Keen at problem solving
- Good communication skills and decision making level
- Good command over English
- Clean driver's license

REQUIREMENTS

Preferred Experience and Knowledge

- At least 1 year experience in a direct sales or Account management role with proven sales results
- Excellent Excel skills
- Excellent skills in data analysis
- Expertise in power point
- Keen at problem solving
- Good communication skills and decision making level
- Good command over English
- Clean driver's license
