JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Objectives: One of the largest, multi-disciplined engineering, contracting and construction company is now looking for a Business Development Manager to join their Oman Office.
Main responsibilities:
* Manage the General Contracting Business Development cycle in Oman
* Build a viable pipeline of tenders in construction sectors
* Lead new business development initiatives
* Establish strategic alliances with consultants,developers,partners and technology providers
* Assist the business plan formation by country and subsidiary
* Conduct business intelligence relevant to the company's sectors of interest
* Deliver client presentations for introductions and proposal specific offerings
* Identify and analyze new revenue generating business streams
Reporting to: Oman General Manager
REQUIREMENTS
* Currently based in Oman
* Holding a same or similar position in contracting, construction,engineering industry for minimum 5 years in Oman
* Excellent English communication skills on both written and spoken.Arabic speaker preferred but not essential
* Prove track record preferred
* MBA education preferred but not essential
