JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team in the food and beverage industry in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods
- Ensure accurate cash handling and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Greet and provide excellent customer service to all patrons
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about menu items or special promotions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our customers

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role within the food and beverage industry
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Salary:
OMR 350 to 375 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
