Guildhall is working on behalf of a major internationally recognised Main Contractor that has delivered countless luxury hotel developments over the years.
With a renowned history and background for offering seamless delivery of high end hotels and residential projects, they have just been awarded yet another 5 star hotel and residences project in Oman.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager who is already located in Oman with experience in high end / luxury hotels and resorts.
- Minimum 15 years postgraduate experience
- Must have 5 star hotel experience
- Experience of Civil, Fit Out and overseeing MEP works
