The Contracts Manager will oversee contract administration, legal compliance, and risk management for master planning and infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to FIDIC standards and GCC regulations.

Contract Management & Administration
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and agreements for construction and infrastructure projects.
* Ensure contracts comply with local regulations, international standards (FIDIC), and company policies.
* Monitor contract execution, variations, and amendments, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
Claims & Dispute Resolution
* Analyze and assess contractual claims, extension of time (EOT) requests, and variations.
* Prepare and defend claims related to delays, cost overruns, and scope changes.
* Manage dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation in collaboration with legal advisors.
Legal Compliance & Risk Management
* Ensure all construction activities adhere to local laws, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
* Identify legal and contractual risks, recommending mitigation strategies to prevent disputes.
* Stay updated on GCC construction laws, procurement regulations, and compliance standards.
Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting
* Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and government authorities on contractual and legal matters.
* Prepare legal reports, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
* Provide training and guidance to project teams on contract management and legal best practices.

Requirements:
