Guildhall is working with a top tier international HVAC distributor to help headhunt a Deputy GM for their Business Unit in Oman.

The role:
- Responsible for The Balance Sheet and P&L Management
- Responsible for Planning and execution of budget annual / monthly.
- Directly Responsible for Development of the HVAC business in Oman as a distributor
- Responsible for Building up a team for the HVAC business as per the approved manpower planning in approved yearly Budgets
- Product management and business development for Home Appliances and Consumer electronics business
- Responsible for Building up a Team for the Home Appliances and Consumer Electronics business as per the approved manpower planning in Approved yearly Budgets
- Project Management and Channel Development for the HVAC business which include Civil Contractor’s, Electro-mechanical Contractors, Real Estate Companies, Developers, Interior Designers
- Channel management for home appliances which includes organized retail (OR), individual channel (IR), B2B / institution business, brand shop.
- Brand Propagation / brand enlisting and market coverage by devolving relations with HVAC and other related consultants, Civil Contractor’s, Electro-mechanical Contractors, Real Estate Companies, Developers, Interior Designers.

Salary:
OMR 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
