JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Leading and developing a team of technical sales staff in the marketing of fire protection equipment and services
- Ensuring Division achieves profit targets/margins
- Formulation of business plans and forecasts
- Controlling expenses and minimising overheads
- Overseeing follow up of outstanding payments
- Continuously improving standards, products and
technical service
- Monthly reporting to management
- Manpower planning for Division
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 10 years managerial experience in the fire & safety industry
- Must have experience in system design and installation
- Gulf experience will be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic would be preferable
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate diverse team and drive change
